Analysis

nSpec analyses perform a wide range of functions like defect detection, defect classification, filtering and exporting data, and generating data reports.

Analyses are commonly performed after scans and can be configured to run automatically after scans are finished by setting up an analysis in the Post Scan Analysis of the Scan Settings dialog.

Users can save parameter settings for a given analysis under Parameters. Clicking the … button to the right of Parameters allows users to edit and save analysis parameters.
